The annual Where Golden Keys Concierge Awards will take place at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025.

Now in its 18th year, this prestigious event celebrates the exceptional achievements of Golden Keys Concierges across Great Britain and the Commonwealth. The ceremony brings together leaders and influencers from across the tourism and hospitality sectors for an inspiring evening of recognition and connection.
Headline sponsors are ABBA Voyage; along with the following confirmed main sponsors, including Big Bus Tours, Golden Tours, Tootbus and American Express Travel.
Concierge Awards Process
The award winners will be chosen from the Society’s 330+ group of members.
The winners are proposed by their general managers and will be measured on their active involvement and support of the Society, their contribution to training and development and social responsibility towards charitable initiatives and the environment.

2024 Award Winners
Young Concierge of the Year: Jack McCarthy, Concierge Manager at 1 Hotel Mayfair.
London Concierge of the Year: Simone Caretti, Head Concierge at The BoTree.
Regional Concierge of the Year: Alan McDougall, Head Concierge at Mar Hall Hotel, Glasgow.
Service Through Friendship: Karim Bernichi, Head Concierge at Hotel Café Royal.
Concierge Choice, Restaurant of the Year: Novikov Restaurant & Bar, Mayfair, London.
Business Affiliate of the Year: Eagles Chauffeurs.
Lifetime Achievement: Madeleine Calon, Head Concierge at The Beaumont and past President of The Society of the Golden Keys.
A Luxurious Location

We're delighted that Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is hosting this year's prestigious awards ceremony.
Those in attendance can look forward to glorious surroundings and outstanding cuisine from some of the best chefs in the industry.
Guests will be able to sample a selection of cold canapes, including whitefish dry miso skewers, yellowtail jalapeño skewers,
and tofu & tomato new style skewers, plus hot canapes including black cod butter lettuce and nasu miso skewers.
In addition, a sushi selection will be on offer, plus delicious bowl food, including Chirashi Donburi (a Japanese dish consisting of sushi rice topped with a variety of raw fish and other ingredients).
Of course, a selection of beverages will be available to complement the dishes.
