Concierges Elevate Their Expertise

More than 50 Concierges attended a Society of the Golden Keys Education Day at the Park Hyatt London River Thames.

Organised by Young Concierge of the Year, Silvio Forino, a stellar line-up of speakers lead the Education Day. Topics included hospitality excellent, professional and personal development, guest experience, complaint handling, collaboration and, of course, everything about The Society.
A Society spokesman said: "What a fantastic Educational Day with 53 Concierge in attendance - the future of Les Clefs d’Or - a truly inspiring and engaging experience for everyone involved."

After being crowned Young Concierge of the Year at the WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2025, Silvio will attend the 70th UICH International Congress in Sydney, Australia, where he will represent the British section of The Society of The Golden Keys to compete in the International Young Concierge of the Year Award next month.

The Society welcomed two other Young Concierge of the Year 2026 nominees who were passing through London - Isabella Habersam from Les Clefs d'Or Austria and Vincent Aumis from "Les Clefs d'Or" France.
