70th UICH Les Clefs d'Or Congress in Sydney

Members of the UK section of the Society of the Golden Keys went Down Under for this year's annual International Congress.

More than 40 Concierge, plus partners, business affiliates and guests enjoyed the five-day event. During the Congress, members took part in a General Assembly, lunch at Bondi Beach, Education Day, an Australian Wildlife experience, Blue Mountains Tour and Gala Dinner.

Binoy Nair, President of The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth said: "A very strong GB contingent was in attendance at the recently concluded UICH Congress held in Sydney. Our members did the section proud by their attendance and involvement in all activities, as well as winning the majority of the raffle prizes.


"Our candidate for the Young Concierge Award, Silvio Forino did us all proud with his hard work and dedication. Even though he did not win the coveted prize, the learnings he had from the experience will hold him in good stead!"

Representing Team GB for Les Clefs d’Or International Young Concierge Award


After winning Young Concierge of the Year at The WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2025, Silvio Forino represented Great Britain in the International Young Concierge of the Year Award competition in Sydney.

Silvio, Head Concierge, Park Hyatt London River Thames, said: "What an incredible experience! I am honoured to have represented The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain & the Commonwealth and Park Hyatt London River Thames at the 70th International Congress as a Young Leader Award nominee.
