The Society of the Golden Keys Annual Summer BBQ - Limited Tickets
Organisers have confirmed this year's Summer BBQ will once again take place at The Princess Royal Pub & Boutique Hotel in Notting Hill. Last year, more than 130 Golden Keys Concierge and business affiliates attended the event - and this year is expected to be just as popular.

Antony Lynch, The Society of the Golden Keys Social Chair Person said: "Last year's event at The Princess Royal was really wonderful - so we are looking forward to returning this year. Tickets are now limited though - so if you've received an invite and haven't yet responded, but want to attend, don't delay!"

Concierge Awards 2026 - Submit Your Nominations!
General managers are being urged to submit nominations for this year's WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards - before the cut-off date of Friday 24 July.

The event is returning to the Pan Pacific London on Friday 25 September - and it promises to be more distinguished than ever. With an additional category and the new Friday night date, organisers - The Tourism Media Group (TMG) and The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth (Les Clefs d’Or) - say this year’s event is shaping up to be the most memorable yet.

New! Concierge Team of the Year Award, sponsored by Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter.
London Concierge of the Year Award, sponsored by Golden Tours.
Young Concierge of the Year Award, sponsored by City Sightseeing.
Service Through Friendship Award, sponsored by Big Bus Tours.
Regional Concierge of the Year Award, sponsor to be confirmed.
Business Affiliate of the Year Award, sponsored by Thames Limo.

Simon Thomas, Vice President of The Society of the Golden Keys said: "Letters are being sent to General Managers requesting their support and nominations; I would strongly encourage members to begin identifying suitable candidates as early as possible."

Nominations should be submitted to awards@tourismmediagroup.com by Friday 24 July. Submissions received after this date cannot be accepted.

Golf Day Update

There's still time to enter teams for the Annual Golf & Networking Day, once again taking place at Foxhills Club & Resort in Ottershaw, Surrey.
There's a change of date - to 21 September and this year the event is for playing golfers only (with no Learn to Love Golf sessions). Evan Evans Tours will be providing transport from their office on Vauxhall Bridge Road to the venue - further details to be released.
Organiser Darren Winter, CEO at Air Courier International Ltd, is urging teams and sponsors to lend their support.
Darren said: "There are still spaces available for sponsors and teams, and we would suggest that anyone who wants to get involved should get in touch asap!"
