Inspired by the food and culture of Sicily, Chef Giovann Attard has created a brunch menu that begins with olives and focaccia followed by a choice of antipasti such as chickpea panelle or spaghettini fritters. 

For the main course, guests can choose between Pasta alla Norma; aubergine parmigiana and beef lasagne, with the option of additional sides such as spring tomatoes with puntarella and roasted courgettes with pistachio gremolata.

This October, diners can indulge in a 3-course Pink Sky Brunch at Sky Lounge. This unique Sunday brunch features a starter and main course from the menu, followed by a cheese buffet and a pink dessert buffet with a lavish pink chocolate fountain, pink marshmallows, and other sweet delights.

Visitors to the recently-opened Covent Garden restaurant - the biggest space Brother Marcus has ever opened - can discover Brother Marcus's renowned brunch every weekend.

This award-winning dining experience features fan favourites such as sweet potato fritters, smoky shakshuka (two poached eggs in a pepper and tomato sauce topped with labneh, zhoug, feta and toasted fluffy pita) and the must-try fried chicken rosti ( kefir fried chicken, crispy potato rosti and two fried eggs drizzled with kasundi jam).

Add a sweet touch of Pekmez banana bread (toasted banana bread, tahini cheesecake, grape molasses and caramelised bananas), washed down with two-for-one cocktails to take brunch to another level.
