There's still time to get your nominations in for the annual Where Golden Keys Concierge Awards, which will take place at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025.

The deadline has been extended to Thursday, 7th August, for General Managers to nominate their Golden Keys Concierge for this year's awards.
Now in its 18th year, this prestigious event celebrates the exceptional achievements of Golden Keys Concierge across Great Britain and the Commonwealth.
Nominations Are Open For...
Young Concierge of the Year
London Concierge of the Year
Regional Concierge of the Year

President of The Society of the Golden Keys, Binoy Nair, said: "This prestigious event recognises the very best in Concierge excellence and celebrates the individuals and organisations who go above and beyond in the service of our guests.
"I am personally encouraging you to put forward a nominee from your Concierge team —someone who exemplifies the dedication, knowledge and spirit of service that define our profession.
"This year, we are accepting nominations in the following categories: London Concierge of the Year; Regional Concierge of the Year and Young Concierge of the Year (under 34 and not yet attended a UICH or Pan-European Congress)."
"With more than 320 Golden Keys members across Great Britain, and only three nominated categories, competition is high — but recognition is deeply meaningful." (President Binoy Nair)
Assessment Criteria:
Concierge of the Year nominees will be assessed against the following criteria:
Consistent attendance at Society meetings and local networking events.
Engagement with Les Clefs d’Or both locally and internationally.
Up-to-date profile on the Book of Members.
Active involvement in mentoring and training future members, including educational days and the annual tradeshow.
Demonstrated commitment to corporate social responsibility and community impact.
Support of innovative in-house training initiatives.
Binoy added: "The winner of the Young Concierge of the Year will represent Great Britain at the UICH International Congress in Sydney in April 2026, with flights and registration fully sponsored. They will also be responsible for organising a major educational event for aspiring members in 2026 — hosted at their hotel.
"If you’ve previously nominated a candidate who was not successful, I urge you to nominate them again. With more than 320 Golden Keys members across Great Britain, and only three nominated categories, competition is high — but recognition is deeply meaningful."
He added: "This is a rare opportunity to spotlight the outstanding talent within your hotel team and demonstrate your commitment to excellence in guest service. The distinction of employing The Concierge of the Year enhances the profile of your entire property."
Additional Awards
In addition, several other awards will be presented on the night, nominated exclusively by members of the Golden Keys:
Service Through Friendship Award – honouring a member whose kindness and support have enriched our community.
Business Affiliate of the Year – recognising exceptional support and collaboration.
Concierge Choice Restaurant of the Year – awarded to a venue that consistently supports concierge teams and delights our guests.
