I'm grateful to Binoy Nair, Dominique Guidetti, Luc Frieseisen, Niels Essink, Hervé Vandendrice, Etienne Plancher, and Martin Mulholland representing their sections and contributing to an invaluable gathering. Together with General Secretary, Burak Ipekci, we addressed the operations of our zone, fostered education, and paved the way for a brighter future for our federation.

He added: "Beyond the engaging discussions, wonderful memories, laughter and networking, I was deeply honoured to receive the Honorary Life Membership. I am profoundly grateful for this extraordinary gift — thank you from the bottom of my heart. My congratulations goes to a legend of our Concierge community, Michael De Cozar, who also received the recognition."

Binoy Nair, President of Les Clefs d'Or GB said: "It was a pleasure to welcome the Western Europe Zone Presidents to the meeting hosted by Toru and the GB section. Meetings like these enhance the camaraderie between us and make our organisation stronger and vibrant. We had a fruitful meeting and the presidents also had the opportunity to attend our AGM as well as The Gala."
