The nomination deadline for the WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2026 has been extended to Monday 10 August, giving general managers another opportunity to shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams delivering exceptional service across the hospitality industry.

From creating unforgettable guest experiences to handling the seemingly impossible with professionalism, discretion and dedication, Concierges are at the heart of London's world-renowned hospitality. The awards celebrate those who consistently raise the bar and deserve recognition from their peers and employers alike.

A Glittering Ceremony

This year's awards ceremony takes place

at Pan Pacific London on Friday 25 September and includes the new Concierge Team of the Year Award, recognising the collective efforts of Concierge teams delivering outstanding service.

Society President Binoy Nair said: "The Annual WHERE Concierge Awards are a highlight of our calendar and an event that is looked forward to by members and hotel management. This is a great forum to recognise Concierges and the exemplary work they do in looking after guests and ensuring they have a great stay in our properties and our city."

He added: "I would encourage all General Managers to put forward your team for the various awards we have; this not only highlights the Concierge, but also their properties."
