WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards Raises The Bar For 2026

The 19th annual WHERE Golden Keys Concierge Awards will return to Pan Pacific London this September - and it promises to be more distinguished than ever!
More Impressive for 2026
Once again organised by The Tourism Media Group (TMG) – publishers of WHERE London magazine, WHERE London Maps, London PLANNER and Starring Great Britain – in partnership with The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth (Les Clefs d’Or), this year’s event is shaping up to be the most memorable yet.
As the industry prepares to celebrate the very best in Britain’s Concierge sector, several new additions promise to make the occasion more iconic than ever.
The date is set for Friday 25th September, coinciding with the fifth anniversary of Pan Pacific London. In addition, a brand-new category – Concierge Team of the Year – has also been introduced, recognising the outstanding teams whose collective efforts deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

The Awards Process
The award nominees will be chosen after being proposed by their general managers. And with more than 300 members of The Society of the Golden Keys, competition will once again be tough.
Nominees will be measured on their active involvement and support of the Society, their contribution to training and development and social responsibility towards charitable initiatives and the environment.
