The Selection Process:
Proposed by their General Managers, the nominees had to show they are proud to represent their hotels and the Society of the Golden Keys. During an intense selection process, each candidate was measured on their active involvement and support of the Society, their contribution to training and development, and their social responsibility towards charitable initiatives and the environment.
Society President, Binoy Nair said: "The Concierge Awards are a highlight of our calendar, and this year is no different. This is when we all pause to celebrate the talent in our profession and applaud their hard work over the year.
"A massive thanks go out to all the Hotel GMs and Hotel Managers who have sent the nomination letters; without the support of our hotel management, we will not be as successful in creating magic for our guests."
Binoy added: "Last, but certainly not the least, thank you to all those who were nominated, the interview panels who did two days of pouring over the paperwork and conducting the video interviews and Mr John McLean and Patricia Mahon who were given the unenviable task of choosing the winners."
The event will take place from 7pm; with the actual ceremony taking place at 7.45pm.
