London’s dining scene is ever-evolving, with exciting new openings — from chic new sushi restaurants to Scandi delis — popping up across the city this season.

Four New Dining Destinations For Olympia
Set to open from October 2025, hospitality powerhouse Incipio Group will launch four bold new venues at Olympia as part of the £1.3 billion cultural regeneration of the West London landmark. The concepts — Arbour, Wolves of Tokyo, Lillie’s and Juno — span 40,000 square feet and mark Incipio’s next evolution in creating vibrant social spaces.
Highlights include Arbour, a two-level, 15,000 sq ft hub featuring four Incipio-operated food concepts and a rooftop terrace and Wolves of Tokyo, a high-energy, cinematic take on Japanese dining with cocktails and late-night vibes. Lillie’s offers a rooftop retreat with English small plates and sparkling wines, while Juno, set in the historic Olympia National Hall, will become the UK’s largest Italian restaurant, celebrating classic flavours at an accessible price point.
Together, these openings will position Olympia as a major culinary and cultural hotspot for Londoners and visitors alike.
Sushi Legend's Debut
New York sushi legend Chef Masa Takayama will launch Tobi Masa at The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair this September - marking his first restaurant in London. Widely regarded as the chef who redefined sushi in America, Masa transformed the landscape of New York dining when he opened Masain 2004.

Quoted by The New York Times as “changing the sushi game”, he introduced a new standard for omakase in the West – combining pristine, Japan-flown fish with luxurious ingredients such as truffle, caviar and foie gras, all within a serene counter setting.
Now Chef Masa’s groundbreaking omakase philosophy is coming to the UK for the first time.
Set in the landmark former US Embassy, Tobi Masa will blend Japanese precision with Western luxury. Diners can expect signature dishes like Masa Toro Tartare and Peking Duck Tacos, alongside exciting new creations for London.
“I’m so proud to be partnering with a creative and innovative brand like Rosewood. We are very excited to embark on this new adventure together, and especially in such a historic landmark building in the middle of Mayfair.” – Chef Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama

Cafe Linea - Now Open
Situated next to the Saatchi Gallery, Café Linea has moved into the former gallery restaurant space with an all-day concept that shifts gears from casual to refined. By day, it’s a bakery and café serving treats like coconut and dulce de leche bostock and Reuben sausage rolls. Come evening, it transitions into a modern European restaurant, with dishes such as sour glazed sugar pit pork, smoked pineapple, lychee and slaw. One for the Chelsea crowd.
New Gastropub
The Chalk Freehouse, tucked just off Chelsea’s King’s Road, is a new gastropub from chef Tom De Keyser (ex-The Hand and Flowers). The two-storey Victorian site exudes warmth and polished charm, with a menu that redefines pub fare. Think pork chop schnitzel on smoked bacon cabbage, Cornish crab with Jersey Royals, or a signature duck liver parfait. Comforting, confident and distinctly British.
A Taste of the Middle East
Further north in Marylebone, Noreen channels the flavours of the Levant. Led by Mehdi Hani (formerly of Em Sherif), this elegant space on St Christopher’s Place melds warm Arabian hospitality with modern finesse. Fire-kissed lamb, whipped feta, mezze and spiced cocktails come together to tell a story of heritage with every bite.
Brasserie Constance
At Fulham Pier, Brasserie Constance by Where favourite Adam Byatt (Trinity) impresses with seasonal modern British fare and sweeping Thames views. Standouts include brown crab arancini and a wine list as elegant as the riverfront setting.
